Versions

Problems owners report

Owners have filed 0 complaints with NHTSA about the 2024 Mirai. These are unverified owner reports, counted by the part of the car they name; one complaint can name several parts. Counts aren't adjusted for how many were sold, so they don't show how reliable a car is.

Complaints by model year

Newer years have had less time to collect complaints, and counts aren't adjusted for sales, so a shorter bar doesn't mean a more reliable year.

Electrical system: instrument cluster/panel

NHTSA campaign 26V341000 · reported May 27, 2026 · 81,893 vehicles potentially affected

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Lexus UX Hybrid, 2024 Lexus GX, Toyota Mirai, and 2024-2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Hybrid vehicles. The instrument panel cluster combination meter may fail to display certain warnings or indicators. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26LB06, 26LA06, 26TB10, and 26TA10.
